Starting off as a qualified HR professional in 2001, I spent the next 17 years in Corporate HR, specializing in Workforce Analytics, Rewards, Performance Management, Employer Branding, and Organizational Effectiveness. It was a high-speed career progression involving diverse roles, adrenalin-rushing challenges, and constant interactions with the who's who of the C-suites. But it was also a classic case of hyper workaholism!

In 2017, I decided it was time to move away from the 24 X 7 corporate rat race and take the time to smell the roses. This led to a transition into full-time SEO content writing, which gives me the flexibility to work remotely, while spending time with my not-so-workaholic husband and my precious 4-legged fur baby.
